**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy**

To ensure proper scheduling and provide all trainees with the best possible experience, any booking must be cancelled or rescheduled at least one hour before the scheduled lesson.

If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled less than one hour before the lesson, the lesson will be charged and deducted from the trainee’s package balance.

In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the lesson will also be charged and deducted from the package.

Please ensure that any cancellation or rescheduling is made within the specified time to avoid being charged for the lesson.
